Crush ICE SF is organizing to place an initiative on the November, 2026 ballot. The initiative has two objectives. First, to put the City and County of San Francisco on record as finding the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol to be terrorist organizations. Second, to ban members of these groups from future employment by the City and County of San Francisco. The ban would come into effect after passage of the initiative—more specifically, on January 1, 2027.
